Sharp Pain on Right SideWomen's Health Forums: I am 24 years old. When I was 19, I had two ovarian cysts removed although they were discovered by 'accident' and caused me no pain. I have just finished my period and it only lasted 4 days.
Directly after it stopped, I developed a sharp pain (it comes and goes) on the right lower area of my abdomen. I am also getting pains on the same side in my lower back. I feel bloated and gassy. My family has a history of fibroids - any idea what this pain could be? What do you think?
