I absolutely agree with the advise and information shared.
I do aerobics to keep myself fit. I like watching fitness videos and practice accordingly at home for an hour or so regularly.

One of my favourite fitness video is the Bollyrobics dvd. It is aerobics in dance form.

I have benefited quiet a lot from it. Its really cool to dance and lose weight at the same time.

It has toned my body and made me fit into my favourite outfits.
