"In the past I have been able to lose moderate amounts of weight (5-10) lbs for short periods of time, but then I always wind up gaining it back again. This is most likely due to the lack of free time that I have to dedicate to exercise. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on an exercise regimine that has proved successful, but requires minimal time?" From Hope, a member of our Women's Health Forum.
