I got Lupron Shot 2 weeks ago, the same day that I received the injection I start to feel so tired and no strengt in my muscle, the day after it was the same, 3 days after I start to have such pain lower my back like if someone hurt me. My neck is always very hard with such a headache,
feel nausea, my stomach is bad, constipation, sometime it come and goes my legs and my arms are in pain. I dont recommend that drug to no one it’s a DRUG it’s only 2 weeks now and I feel so misirable it’s ridiculus also I’m alway deasise and more and more think twist before taking it.
I’ve been on Lupron for almost 6 months now. A few days after my first injection I was pain free. I felt great. A couple days before my next injection was due, I was so sick, so much pain. I couldn’t move. I have noticed I gained weight with this medication. After years of suffering with pain, I am so happy to be on this. It’s great. The only side affect I have is the hot flashes. It drives my husband NUTS!!! I can’t be in a room with heat on. I can be outside in winter in shorts and be happy. It took me a full year weighing pro’s and cons for this injection. I am very happy with it. I am surprised to read how many people don’t like this. If it wasn’t for lupron I wouldn’t be able to work. The pain was that bad.
I just got my first injection today, and within an hour I had immense pain in my right side (which is where my endometriosis is worst) and a severe right sided headache. But after about 40 minutes, it went away and now I feel better than I have in years! I had surgery in 2007 to remove the adhesions, and then had two back to back pregnancies. Two babies a year apart. Since the birth of my last daughter in 2008, I’ve been in pain non stop and it keeps getting worse. From mid cycle on, I feel like death. It makes it hard to function. I am really hoping I continue to feel as good as I do now and it’s not just a fluke that pain I have felt almost everyday for years is now gone!
