I agree! Exercise is great, and I love it. Endorphins give you more energy, allow for better sleep and goodness, if that’s all you get out of exercise, that’s enough right there! Start an exercise program today, set goals, stick to them, and enjoy life in the exercise lane

I think the people should really learn to love exercises because they help you find strength to do a lot of things after that.For an instance after my pregnancy if it wasn’t for the workouts in the gym I wouldn’t have managed to look after two kids at home.
