Say “Goodbye” to Morning Sickness

Are you pregnant? If you're like the majority of pregnant women, you're probably experiencing some amount of morning sickness. Although "morning" sickness can occur at any time of the day, it sometimes seems, more often than not, it's in the morning when the nausea and vomiting associated with the first three months of pregnancy occurs.

Maybe you’re not even sure that you are pregnant but you’ve been feeling a bit woozy lately when you wake up; the fact is that morning sickness is often the first sign women experience that tells them they might be pregnant. Don’t despair if morning sickness has hit you, it’s usually only temporary and will be gone after your first trimester of pregnancy is over. Until then, try some of these tips for relieving morning sickness.
