Why Am I Bleeding So Much?

Many times during a woman's reproductive life we worry when we experience heavy menstruation during our menstrual cycles. Heavy bleeding frequently occurs during the final two to three years of our reproductive lives before we transition from perimenopause to menopause, as well as during the first few years following the onset of our periods during puberty.
