I have used hormone cream for years successfully to treat PMS, and found that it increases my sexual interest level for sure.

I recommend an interesting video posted by a sex therapist on a non-medical way for “How can a woman take control of her sexuality and put lovemaking on the front burner?” it is really interesting how she says that a woman’s sexuality is directly equated with the amount of time she spends thinking about sex. I have found this to be true…. meaning I have to CHOOSE to put sex on a priority list, whereas my husband just comes up with it on his own. Seems We can make choices for our well-being, even in a non-medical way, perhaps to support where there is a medical need.
