When Did You Get Your First Period?

I got my first period when I was all most 14. I thought it was kind of weird that I hadn't started my period yet, because my sister and my mom started their periods when they were 11. Luckily I didn't feel so bad because I had a best friend who hadn't even started wearing a bra!

Where Were You When Your First Period Started?

I was at home when I had my first period. I woke up one morning and every thing was good no craps or anything I thought it was going to be a normal day. I went to the bathroom, and I wasn't really looking down for a while so I didn't see any thing. Then I saw brownish blotches, out of the corner of my eye, on my underwear. I knew right away what was happening so I told my mom and put a pad in and everything was fine.

Lessons Learned

  • Don't worry that you are one of the last people in your class to get their periods, it will happen when it happens
