I
- The tampons are just so easy for me to use and not as big and scary as many other tampons I have seen. The colors are amazing! They make my mood brighter, even if my friends tease me about it sometimes :p At least I found a brand I have fallen into line with

Tampons all the way !!
- I started my period when I was 11 and my mom told me to use pads . I have heavy flow so I always wore the thick maxi pads . I absolutelly hated them . I would be self-contious that others could see my pad since it was so thick! At the age of 13 I started using tampons and they are awesome. You dont even feel them . Just gotta make sure gou change every few houra . Plus , if you have a active lifesyle (swimming , running , softball for me ) tampons are the perfect choice ! Just try to choose a regular absorbency one . They are better . =) =) =) =)

Pads and Tampons
- Oh lets see, i'm 20 i've had my period since i was 12. And I used all cotton pads, usually the Stayfree brand, no wings, i found that one with wings and synthetic materials gave me a rash on the inside of my legs which wasn't fun at all ugh. I have only just tried a tampon for the first time on this period actually. 7 years using heavy pads because of my heavy flow and now the freedom of a tampon yay! I didn't use tempons because i have vulvodynia with is a condition many women have. But i've been doign my treatments and for the first time it wasn't painful to use a tampon so i'm excited! I feel a lot less awkward on this last period because of tampons. But I still dont think i wouldn't recommend them to every girl, especially those who have a small cervix, its uncomfortable for them.

pads and tampons
- I have had my period since i was seven(no lie) and I've used pads since then. Now, I like to use tampax pearl compak, Always ultra thins, and U by Kotex. They are so comfortable. Definitely use a pad at night though you won't have to worry about waking up.

Pads
- I love pads! I like the always brand.I wear two LONG pads all day everyday when Im on my period. I like having the freedom to do a flip and not having to worry about a leak.I have never used a tampon becuase I get periods very bad. I have fainted several times and has developed anemia due to my period. I get lots of clots ! So for me I feel like it is not good to wear a tampon becuase if I don't get the clots out I faint or I am in very bad pain. I just stay away from them.

Luv pads and tampons!!
- I am 13 and I got my period in on December 15 2010 when I was 12. I wanted my period for so long an now I am so happy that i it. I just got it yesterday for the first time in 5 months and I told my mom that I want to use tampons because of sports and they are just plain cleaner. So I just want to let all teen girls know that always infinity is the best for overnight pads and daytime ones and any playtex tampon are the best.

Pads and tampons
- I am 13 and I have had 2 periods and am expecting my 3rd one any day now. I have tried pads and tampons but I have a pretty light flow so most of the time I wear pads. I tried kotex without wings and even though it is supposed to be thin it is thicker than most. I recently tried always ultra thin and love them I don't normally like wings cuz there kinda itchy but I have no problem with always. I have a problem I am going swimming tomorrow but I was expecting my period today but it did not come I might get it tomorrow but I don't know what if it starts in the water???? Please help!!!!!!

Pads:)
- I like kotex pads the best! I've used tampons in the past- but I just like pads better. It's better to use pads at night anyways. But every girl's different:^)

Instead Softcups and chlorine-free pads
- I'm 22 year old college student and have had heavy periods since age 9. Honestly I got sick of having to literally run to the bathroom every 2-3 hours to change a tampon, and the bathrooms in my college aren't always conveniently located. When I found out about menstrual cups in my Women's Studies class, I vowed I would try them when I saw them at a store. About a year later, my local supermarket started carrying Instead Softcups, so I purchased a starter pack to try it. I have been using them for about 2 years now. I am in a tap dancer too, and it would be impossible for me to tap during my cycle if it weren't for Instead. I only have one problem with Instead: improper insertion lead to a leak once when I was on a bus. On my light days, I use unscented or chlorine-free pads (such as Seventh Generation). I have to use those because since using Instead, I have developed an intolerance to scented pads. A minor inconvenience, though, compared to the freedom Instead provides me!

always infinity!
- ive had my period for 7 years now and i've used many brands of tampons and pads. for me pads are just easier. i also noticed that wearing tampons made my cramps more intense, like i could feel it expanding inside me. also removing them would hurt sometimes. when i did use tampons i swore by tampax pearl because the applicator was the least painful one i had ever used. but my number one choice for pads is always infinity! the top of the pad stays really dry and it just feels cleaner and not as uncomfortable as other pads. hope this helps :)

Pads but I WANT tampons
- All my friends use tampons and they are FEARLESS. It's because I over think, it's my downfall. This may sound odd but I've used tampons before and it was fine, but I still get shaky and hesitant when inserting them. I found that the easiest time for me was when it was right before school and it was HEAVY. I just went to the bathroom and got it over with! They are cleaner by far, and with a pad and tampon you feel sooooo secure! Yet, I always go back to pads for some reason, and I'm 15.
